Antique English Side End Table Small Square Carved Oak Jacobean Revival c1910.

Direct from England, a handsome antique carved oak side table, featuring a compact square form with bold Jacobean Revival details.

The thick, solid oak top rests above a single dovetailed drawer, with a deeply carved scrolling front, finished with an iron drop pull. Carved corner brackets beneath the apron add further detail to the substantial square form.

Four heavily turned baluster legs are joined by low stretchers, creating a strong architectural silhouette, while the dark oak finish highlights the grain and carved details throughout.

Its smaller scale makes this table particularly versatile for use as a side table, end table or lamp table beside a chair or sofa.  Quality throughout, with solid oak construction and traditional dovetailed joinery, c1910.
