Direct from England, a gorgeous and quite substantial antique refectory or hall table, in solid oak, finely carved in the Jacobean Revival style with Tudor influence.

Over 5 ft. in length, the rectangular top rests on boldly turned bulbous baluster legs adorned with acanthus-leaf carving and joined by a shaped H-stretcher with angular corners.

Perfect as a hall console table, sofa table or in the dining room, this table offers both sculptural form and timeless English character.  c1890.
