Direct from England, a stunning pair of antique English oak barley twist candlesticks.  These are the “open barley twist” design, highly sought after and hard to find.

Each candlestick is finely turned in dark English oak, featuring the original brass bobeche above the open barley twist column, all set over a well-proportioned traditional cup base. The architectural quality of the turning, strong proportions, and crisp detail reflect the quality English decorative woodwork of the mid-19th century.

These candlesticks display beautifully on a dining table, sideboard, mantel, or console, bringing authentic English character and restrained Old World elegance to any interior.
