Antique French Side End Table Cabinet Carved Oak Renaissance Spindle Gallery.

Direct from France, a beautiful antique side or end table in a versatile small size, with elegant features!

A gorgeous carved crown with center cartouche rests high above the spindle trimmed upper shelf, with a larger, scalloped edge cabinet top below. The Renaissance style dimensional carved door panel has cherubs, scrolls and serpents, framed by bulbous top posts with carved drapery swags their entire length.

Additional open shelf display on the lower cabinet with wide, carved lower moulding and large bun feet. Intricate carved designs on both sides (always a sign of superior quality) complete the fabulous silhouette.

Quality throughout, dovetailed joints, well built by craftsmen of the period, circa1880.

Measurements:  46” ht.  x 24” x 17”. Ht. to tabletop, 31.5”.
