Antique French Side Sofa Hall Table Carved Dark Oak Renaissance End Table.

Direct from France, a very highly carved and elegant antique French hall table in a perfect small size for anywhere from your foyer to sofa to bedside!

The opulent carvings include a carved beveled edge tabletop over the full length drawer front with carved French bow amidst carved floral and foliate designs.  

Large carved floral designs on the upper and lower blocks with turned center baluster legs and ‘toupie’ French feet.  We love the turned center stretcher with carved blocks to both ends and the center; overall a very elegant silhouette that will certainly elevate any décor.

Note the paneled apron continues on all sides, making this an excellent table to ‘float’ in a room, as there is no backside.  Quality throughout with dovetailed drawer; well built by craftsmen of the period, circa1890.
