Antique English Corner Table Handkerchief Drop Leaf Barley Twist Carved Oak.

 Direct from England, a highly sought-after antique “handkerchief” table or “corner table” as it can easily be tucked in a corner with the leaf down.  With leaf up, it’s a versatile size square top table, great for entertaining!  Both triangular top and leaf are fully hand carved with a meticulously detailed floral design.  British origins are obvious with its classic English barley twist on all the legs as well as the gates and the stretchers.  Quality throughout; well built by craftsmen of the period, circa1890.

Measurements:  27.75” ht.  x 31” across front x 22” corner to center back. Square top when fully opened, 22” x 22”.
