Direct from England, a charming PETITE size carved oak revolving bookcase. We love the silhouette, with classic British bobbin turned corner posts and center post, with an ornate lower platform that features carved claw feet and wide carved scaling to the edges.Of course the bookcase shelf unit turns/revolves a complete 360 degrees on the stationary base!!
Meticulous carvings and details continue, with carved upper shelf corners, and button top finials on the upper posts.A unique showpiece, this tabletop bookcase is excellent to display antique leather books or any other petite collectibles. Quality throughout, well built by craftsmen of the period, circa1900.
